Project Always Beside You 2023 Fundraising Raffle

The raffle was custom built by a retired USMC SGT Kenneth Fischer. SGT Fischer served on active duty from 2003 until 2011. On his third tour, he and his MWD (Military Working Dog) Drak were severely injured via a car bomb attack during patrol. SGT Fischer was medically retired in 2014 and currently lives in San Antonio, Texas. He build rifles as a form of therapy for his PTSD.
